Refund
The Trainings and Workshops offered at www.stredel.com are available immediately after purchase, and the material can be viewed online and accessible to the client for the specified time in each Training or Workshop (3 or 6 months). Therefore, Stredel Consultants does not offer any refunds on any of its products unless the purchase was made in error and notified within 24 hours.

Full 30 days refund guarantee on physical products only after return of the items purchased, for any refund please use the contact form on our website.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED? Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stredel.com.
Shipping
To return your product, we will provide the shipping address and the label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
